FARMINGTON, N.Y. – Professional snowmobile racing takes over Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack again this February 4-5, 2011 as the Vision KIA of Canandaigua Eastern Nationals are contested.

The Vision KIA of Canandaigua Eastern Nationals is the fourth stop of eight on the 2010-11 AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series (ACSS). “We’re very excited to be able to bring professional snocross back to Western New York,” said Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack president Chris Riegle. “Last year’s event brought some of the top names of snocross to Finger Lakes, and this year’s event will be directly after the Winter X Games in Aspen.  We look forward to seeing some the best in world compete right here.”

Mens’ professional riders expected to appear include Tucker Hibbert, a five-time Winter X Games gold medalist; four of which were won consecutively from 2007-2010. Winning his first gold medal at the age of 15, Hibbert currently holds the record for the youngest gold medalist in Winter X Games history. Defending AMSOIL Pro open champion Ross Martin and seven-time Winter X Games medalist, Levi Lavallee, are also expected to compete. Other riders of note include TJ Gulla, Robbie Malinowski, Tim Tremblay and Dan Ebert.
