Snowmobilers, through their local clubs. All equipment and expenses are paid by the local clubs.

Each club can request reimbursment via the trail fund for trail maintenance through OPRHP. A 15 month cycle, records and paperwork process. A club may be able to recover as much 1/3 of their actual expenses via this reimbursement from the trial fund.
