  • Alcohol and Snowmobiling Don’t Mix
  • Obey the Rules and Laws of the State in Which You Are Riding
    • Stay on marked trails or roads and riding areas open to snowmobiling.
    • Check for any special laws, regulations or closures
  • Ride Responsibly
    • Respect the rights of property owners
    • Exhaust systems should not be modified in a way that increases sound levels
    • Never ride alone
    • Let someone know your planned route, destination and when you will arrive
    • Ride smart, be prepared and stay in control
  • Respect All Wildlife
    • Do not harass or harm wildlife or their surroundings
  • Respect Wilderness Closures
    • Respect those areas that are off-limits to motorized vehicles
    • All users have a responsibility to care for and share the lands
  • Respect All User Groups
    • Be courteous to other people recreating
    • Only pass when conditions are safe and never pass on blind corners
    • Always stay to the right of the trail
  • Make Responsible Choices - You are an Ambassador for our Sport!
    • Promote proper snowmobile education and training
    • Peer pressure works. Use your influence to promote responsible conduct.
